Caritas-DSM | Socio-Economic DevelopmentUnder the leadership of the Archbishop of Dar es Salaam, Polycarp Cardinal Pengo, Caritas-DSM began its restructuring program in 1995. He is very interested in and supportive of the staff’s efforts to establish a strong, effective and sustainable Socio-economic Development Program in the Dar es Salaam and Coastal Regions.
